These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of ineoproducts.com and to purchases made from INEO Solutions Inc. (“INEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced below.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to obtain information about or purchase INEO products and services. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Online store and Shopify

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products, manage checkout, and support online transactions. Certain payment, account, privacy, and technical functions may also be provided by Shopify or other service providers.

Product information and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, pricing, and availability accurate and current. However, errors, omissions, product changes, or differences in appearance may occur. We may correct errors or update information when identified.

Products and services may be changed, discontinued, restricted, or become unavailable without prior notice. Images are provided for general reference and may not show every product variation, accessory, packaging detail, or installation condition.

Compatibility and product selection

EAS equipment, tags, labels, detachers, deactivators, and related products must be compatible with the applicable system and operating frequency. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and selecting products suitable for their intended application. If compatibility, entrance coverage, installation, or system configuration is uncertain, contact INEO before ordering so our team can help review the intended setup.

Recommendations provided through the website are general guidance and may require confirmation based on site conditions, entrance width, product type, existing equipment, construction, interference, or other factors.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud or misuse, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We may contact you when additional information is needed to confirm an order, product compatibility, shipping details, or custom requirements.

Pricing, taxes, duties and currency

Prices shown on the website are subject to change until an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown or calculated during checkout where supported.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, import taxes, and other destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Currency conversion or payment-provider charges may also apply depending on the payment method used.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable charges for your order. Payment-provider terms and policies may also apply.

Shipping and delivery

Order processing, carriers, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, and other shipping matters are governed by our Shipping Policy. Carrier and delivery estimates are not guarantees by INEO, and delivery can be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, refund eligibility, custom products, sale and clearance items, and return shipping are governed by our Return Policy.

Custom products and installation services

Custom-made, custom-branded, specially configured, or made-to-order products may have different lead times and generally cannot be returned except as stated in our Return Policy or otherwise agreed by INEO.

Professional installation, site visits, custom layouts, and other services may be quoted separately and may be subject to additional written scope, scheduling, pricing, and site requirements.

Intellectual property

The website and its original content, including INEO branding, product content, graphics, text, photographs, videos, documentation, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to INEO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use website content for ordinary personal or business purchasing purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party services and links

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, carriers, payment services, applications, or other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and INEO is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and online-store functions are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every technical issue. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada, subject to any mandatory laws or rights that may apply based on your location.
