Frequency options: RF 8.2MHz or AM 58KHz

Compatibility: Select the frequency that matches the tags and labels used in your store. Each gate is manufactured for the selected frequency and does not operate on both RF and AM simultaneously. Contact the INEO sales team if you are unsure which configuration to choose.

The INEO Custom Wrapped Gate is made in Canada and can be customized with graphics to match your retail environment.

It provides Electronic Article Surveillance detection for compatible hard tags and security labels while also creating a visible theft-deterrence presence at the store entrance.

Detection and entrance sizing: Detection distance varies with the protection product and the store environment. Larger hard tags may reach approximately 3 to 4 feet on each side of an antenna in favorable conditions; smaller hard tags and adhesive labels can have shorter effective detection distances.

For a single standard doorway, one Custom Wrapped Gate can be a practical starting point. For an entrance approximately 6 feet wide or wider, INEO generally recommends two antennas, installed one on each side of the doorway.

Each INEO Gate operates independently. A customer can start with one antenna and add another later. Final entrance sizing should be confirmed with the INEO team and the completed installation should be tested using the actual tags and labels used in the store.

The INEO Gate requires a standard 120V outlet and connects via a low-voltage plug and cord.

Custom Graphics: Our in-house design team can help prepare custom gate graphics at no additional design charge when the required logo/artwork files are provided in the correct format.
